Each year, Dutch Heritage caters Supper on the Bridge for the Spencerville Covered Bridge Festival. Guests enjoy a delicious meal and live dinner music in an unbeatable, one-of-a-kind atmosphere on the rustic Spencerville Covered Bridge.  The menu for 2009 was:
